Design Boards help you design, style, and envision your space. Whether you’re looking for wall color, room configuration, furniture arrangement, decor, lighting, or built in concepts, Haus of Lola can help. Design boards can serve as a communication tool with local contractors as well as be a guide to completing the room yourself. 

Includes up to 3 revisions and links to purchase products. Items not available to the public can be purchased through Haus of Lola with signed contract and deposit. 

Mini Boards are used to assist you in designing smaller rooms within your home. From half bathrooms, foyers, hallways and more, Haus of Lola can provide you with a visual guide to recreate your small space on your own.

Each design board comes with up to 3 revisions and links to purchase products. Items not available to the public will be invoiced and purchased through Haus of Lola with signed contract and deposit. 

Do you already have your room furnishings, but need help with the finishing touches? Haus of Lola can add an instant wow factor by styling any space in your home including floating shelves, bookshelves, built ins, console tables, kitchen counter tops, bar areas, coffee tables, accent tables and more.

Each design board comes with up to 3 revisions and links to purchase products. Items not available to the public will be invoiced and purchased through Haus of Lola with signed contract and deposit. 

This package includes a 90-minute design consultation to kickoff your multi-room design package. The benefit? Haus of Lola will curate concepts offering cohesion throughout the home.

Each design board will be discounted to $450 (a $50 per room savings).

With this in person styling service, Haus of Lola will work with you to transform your space.

Pricing starts at $250 for the first hour, $150 for each additional hour.

For real estate professionals such as contractors and investors looking for design collaboration. Haus of Lola will provide a cohesive plan to update the basics of the home, from exterior and interior paint colors, to cabinets and countertops, tile, flooring, fixtures, and more. 

This process begins with an in person or virtual home walkthrough to better understand the layout and aesthetic of the home and project budget.
