When you think of home, you should feel a sense of relaxation in a place that also inspires living—a functional kitchen appointed with thoughtful textiles where evenings in are an experience, an office with playful elements that reflect your personality and invite creativity, or a room in your home that honors your family’s story in tradition reimagined.
TAMPA BAY
Liveable Style that Tells Your Story.
Haus of Lola is dedicated to creating exceptional designs, whether curated for the home or workplace, beginning with a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ needs and expectations. It is the mission of Haus of Lola to provide this level of thought and bring all parts of the design together as a whole, from beginning to end, to create beautiful interiors that are personalized through the final touch of textiles.
A believer in perfect timing, the culmination of time and experiences always brings us exactly where we’re meant to be.
My design journey began as a child growing up in Minnesota. Whether I was building forts out of hay bales on my grandparents’ farm, sketching interior floor plans inspired by the homes where I babysat, or envisioning clothing styles to be part of a future fashion label, design has always been a part of my life. Entrepreneurship was also a desire of mine from early on. My grandparents, who owned many businesses, modeled the work ethic, integrity, and dedication to serve others through business ownership.
Maltese Mom, Traveler, and Champion of the Arts & Community
Whether sitting at Vinoy Park under the majestic architecture of the banyan trees, walking my Maltese, Sybil Rose (Lola was her predecessor who lives on in the studio’s name), along the sidewalks of downtown St. Pete’s historic district, or taking in the color palette that nature delivers in a beach sunset, Tampa Bay and Sarasota inspire me to create livable elegance for homeowners and design solutions for income property investors and vacation property owners.
My childhood design dreams culminated into realities through my studies at North Dakota State University and The International Academy of Design. Following college, I licensed as a Realtor®. After many years working in the housing market and co-founding a design firm and home furnishings showroom, I returned to the Sunshine State, where my collective backgrounds in real estate markets, interior design, and project management found a perfect fit. As a seasoned leader with unwavering trust in myself and a passion for serving others, I founded Haus of Lola in 2022.

“I hired Haus of Lola in April of 2023 to design a full renovation, single-family home in Treasure Island. My message was clear: stay within budget but get funky, creative, fun, and festive, as this was intended to be an Airbnb investment property. We need POP!
In July. We are now welcoming our first batch of AIRBNB tenants. The calendar is 98% filled, and it’s all due to the design, textures, finishing materials, and attention to detail brought to the table by Haus of Lola.

“We hired Kristina this year to help us decorate our new condo. She did a board with suggestions and found a couple of custom pieces of furniture that we needed for certain rooms. She also found gorgeous lights that fit our budget. Our condo turned out beautifully. Kristina was so patient and did a great job making our condo feel elegant and comfortable. She really knows how to figure out the style of her clients.”

“I can’t thank Kristina enough for helping me design my new space. She was able to help give me a vision based off of my own taste and bring it to life! She was so patient with me and went above and beyond every single time she came to help. She even gave my space a more personal touch by suggesting I add one of my own professional photos to hang in the living room and I absolutely love it.
I highly suggest using Kristina for any interior design work! Thank you!”
