We will oversee all the hands involved, from contractors and carpenters to subcontractors. Procurement, delivery, installation, and refining finishes stay on our plate, not yours. We strive to deliver ease and communication every step of the way.

Now, the physical transformation begins. After we gather inspiration and create project mood boards, we’ll refine the design together until we arrive at final selections and outline the steps to installation.

We’ll schedule a time to walk through your space, talk about design options, and answer any questions you may have about the process, budget, or collaboration with other service providers, such as architects or general contractors. Following this meeting, we will draw up your project plans and proposal for your review.

THE PROCESS
“I hired Haus of Lola in April of 2023 to design a full renovation, single-family home in Treasure Island. My message was clear: stay within budget but get funky, creative, fun, and festive, as this was intended to be an Airbnb investment property. We need POP!
In July. We are now welcoming our first batch of AIRBNB tenants. The calendar is 98% filled, and it’s all due to the design, textures, finishing materials, and attention to detail brought to the table by Haus of Lola.
